Free trial
Every new M3UTool account gets 14 days free with every feature, without a card, so nothing is charged. It starts with your Discord account, and each Discord account gets one trial. When the trial ends, your plan has ended until you choose one: you can still sign in, and your playlists and settings are kept.
M3UTool Player has a 7-day free trial too, also without a card. It starts when you add your first device.
Nothing to cancel
M3UTool plans and M3UTool Player yearly are paid one month or one year at a time through PayPal, and they never renew by themselves. So there is nothing to cancel: if you don't pay the next period, your plan simply ends on its date (after 14 days of grace for editor plans). Nothing more is charged.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. This applies to every M3UTool plan and to M3UTool Player (yearly or lifetime), whether you buy as a business or as a private person. It also covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers have in the EU and UK.
After those 14 days, payments are not refunded. Since nothing renews by itself, nothing more is charged unless you pay again.
To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account's email address. Refunds are paid through PayPal to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
After a refund or chargeback
A refunded or charged-back payment, or a payment dispute, ends your plan immediately, until you buy a plan again. You can still sign in. Until then your customers' feeds, players and apps stop working.
Your data (playlists, settings, customers) is kept and comes back exactly as it was when you pay for a plan again.
Declined cards and unpaid periods
If a card is declined, nothing is charged: try another card, or PayPal. If a paid period ends and the next one is not paid, your account keeps working for 14 days. A payment in those days continues from the old end date. After that your plan ends until you pay again. You can still sign in, and your data is kept.
