You need two things: the login from your provider, and something to watch on.
Your login
Your provider is whoever sold you the subscription. They send you one of these:

Keep that message. You need it once on each device.
Pick your app

They all show the same channels, films and series. Your favourites and where you stopped follow you from one to the other.
