Arrange your channels and movies

Put the categories you watch most at the top, hide the ones you never open, and rename them. You do it once on your account page, and every app on your subscription follows.

Open it

1. Open your page: Use the link your provider gave you.
2. Open the lists: Tap My channels & movies.
3. Pick a type: Choose Live TV, Movies or Series at the top.

Everything saves by itself. The label at the top right says Saved when it is done.

What you can change

• Order of categories: Drag a category by the dotted handle on its left. Or tap ⋯ and choose Move to the top, Move up one, Move down one or Move to the bottom.
• Hide a category: Tap the eye next to it. Tap it again to bring it back.
• Rename a category: Tap ⋯, then Rename. Use original puts the old name back.
• Order of channels: Open a Live TV category and drag a channel, or tap it and use To top, Up, Down and To bottom. The channel numbers follow.
• Hide one channel, film or show: Open its category and tap the eye next to it.
• Sort films and shows: In a Movies or Series category, choose A–Z or Newest first. Default keeps your provider's order.

The search box at the top looks through everything at once. Tap a result to see its details, or Open its category to jump to it.

Good to know

• It works in the TV, phone and Windows apps, the web player, and other players such as TiviMate or Smarters. In other players, refresh the playlist to see the change.
• A hidden channel you saved as a favourite still plays.
• New categories from your provider appear at the end of your list.
• Reset to default, under the tabs, puts Live TV, Movies or Series back as your provider set it up.
